Environment-friendly and energy-saving red brick firing method
The invention discloses an environment-friendly and energy-saving red brick firing method. The method comprises the following steps: fully stirring and fusing raw materials including tailing waste residues, sludge, furnace ash and slag, bag-type dedusting ash and building muck in proportion, adding coal gangue, feeding into a stirrer through a conveying belt, stirring, conveying into an aging bin through the conveying belt, and aging; enabling the aged materials to be subjected to secondary stirring through the conveying belt and then enter a large brick machine, extruding into green bricks, feeding the green bricks into a green brick storage, and aging; and feeding the aged material into a tunnel kiln through a ferry vehicle, sequentially carrying out moisture extraction, drying and roasting, and finally cooling at normal temperature to obtain the finished red brick. According to the present invention, the tailing waste residue, the sludge, the furnace ash residue, the bag-type dedusting ash, the building muck and the coal gangue raw material ratio are adopted to replace the existing clay mixing firing process, such that no clay is added, the real energy saving and environmental protection are achieved, and the further requirements of the national industry on the clay firing red brick are met.
本发明公开了一种环保节能型红砖烧制方法,包括以下步骤:将原料:尾矿废渣、污泥、炉灰渣、布袋除尘灰、建筑渣土按比例充分搅拌融合,加入煤矸石,通过输送带进入搅拌机,搅拌后用输送带输送进入陈化仓陈化;将陈化后的物料通过输送带进入二次搅拌后,再进入大型砖机挤出成为砖坯,将砖坯送入陈坯库陈化;再通过摆渡车将陈华后的物料送入隧道窑,依次进行抽潮、烘干、焙烧,最后常温冷却得成品红砖。本发明通过尾矿废渣、污泥、炉灰渣、布袋除尘灰、建筑渣土、煤矸石原料配比,取代现有与粘土混合烧制过程,做到无粘土添加,实现真正意义上的节能环保,以符合国家产业对粘土烧制红砖的进一步要求。
