Novel electric heating high-temperature-resistant ceramic tube and manufacturing method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of ceramic tubes, and discloses a novel electric heating high-temperature-resistant ceramic tube and a manufacturing method thereof. The novel electric heating high-temperature-resistant ceramic tube comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 15-35% of mullite, 10-45% of corundum, 5-12% of aluminum oxide, 8% of kaolin, 3-8% of fused quartz and 13% of paraffin. According to the manufacturing method, parameters of part of procedures are adjusted on the basis of an original method, the ball milling time of raw materials is shortened to 10 hours from 12 hours; a dewaxing process is added before the original sintering process, and meanwhile, the dewaxing temperature is adjusted from 1280 DEG C to about 1400 DEG C; and the temperature of a grouting opening of the press is reduced from 85 DEG C to normal 60 DEG C. The ceramic tube prepared from the raw materials in percentage by weight provided by the invention is high-temperature-resistant and good in cold and hot sudden change performance, the ceramic tube can be effectively prevented from cracking at a high temperature, and meanwhile, cracks caused by thermal expansion and cold contraction cannot occur when the temperature is suddenly reduced.
本发明涉及陶瓷管技术领域,公开了一种新型电加热的耐高温陶瓷管及其制造方法。包括以下重量百分比的原料:莫来石15~35%,刚玉10~45%,氧化铝5~12%,高岭土8%,熔融石英3~8%,石蜡13%。该制造方法在原来方法的基础上调整了部分工序的参数:原料的球磨时间从原来的12小时缩短至10个小时;在原来的烧成工序前添加脱蜡工序,同时脱蜡温度从1280度调整到1400度左右;降低压机的注浆口温度,从85度降低到正常的60度。通过本发明提供的重量百分比原料制成的陶瓷管耐高温、冷热急变性能好,能够在高温时有效防止陶瓷管开裂,同时温度骤降时,不会出现因热胀冷缩引起的裂缝。
