Manufacturing method of water-permeable zirconia ceramic matrix and ceramic matrix thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of new materials, in particular to a manufacturing method of a water-permeable zirconia ceramic matrix, the manufacturing method comprises the following steps: (1) obtaining a zirconia blank and putting the zirconia blank in a sintering furnace; and (2) adjusting the sintering temperature and the corresponding time, and controlling the void ratio of the product to obtain the ceramic matrix with the sintering density of 97.5-98% and the porosity of 1-1.5%. The novel water-permeable zirconia ceramic matrix which is high in strength and easy to color can be produced without a ball-milling granulation process. In addition, the invention also provides a ceramic matrix with the sintering density of 97.5-98% and the porosity of 1-1.5%.
本发明涉及新材料技术领域,特别涉及透水性氧化锆陶瓷基体的制作方法,包括以下步骤:(1)获取氧化锆胚体放于烧结炉;(2)调节烧结温度及对应时间、控制产品空隙率,获得烧结密度达97.5‑98%,孔隙率为1‑1.5%的陶瓷基体。本发明无需球磨造粒工序,能生产出一种高强度、易着色的新型水透性氧化锆陶瓷基体。另,本发明还提供了烧结密度达97.5‑98%,孔隙率为1‑1.5%陶瓷基体。
