The invention discloses an asphalt concrete reclaimed material recovery system and a recovery method. The system comprises a material storage module used for storing asphalt concrete; a first-stage screening module used for preliminarily screening asphalt concrete; a stripping and crushing module used for receiving the preliminarily screened asphalt concrete and stripping and crushing the preliminarily screened asphalt concrete; and a second-stage screening module used for receiving the stripped and crushed asphalt concrete and carrying out second-stage screening on the asphalt concrete; the storage module, the first-stage screening module, the stripping and crushing module and the second-stage screening module are integrally mounted and connected, and the particle sizes of asphalt concrete screened by the first-stage screening module and the second-stage screening module are sequentially reduced; the asphalt concrete recycled material is quickly scattered through the stripping and crushing module, and part of asphalt on the surface of the asphalt concrete recycled material is stripped, so that the aggregate crushing of the asphalt concrete recycled material is realized, and the caking rate of the asphalt concrete recycled material is reduced; and asphalt concrete with different particle sizes can be obtained so as to meet different requirements.
