The invention relates to a targeted concrete rubber separation platform which comprises a plurality of tire mark removing mechanisms which are arranged on the side faces of a plurality of entity runway blocks corresponding to a plurality of sub-areas respectively, and each tire mark removing mechanism is used for completing runway rubber removing action on the corresponding entity runway block when receiving a spraying starting request; and each tire mark removing mechanism is a high-pressure liquid spraying mechanism; and the platform further comprises signal sending mechanism which is used for selecting the tire mark removing mechanism on the side face of the corresponding entity runway block based on the area number corresponding to each first type sub-area, and sending a spraying starting request to each selected tire mark removing mechanism at the same time. The targeted concrete and rubber separation platform is intelligent in operation and saves energy. Due to the fact that a high-pressure liquid injection mode can be adopted for only executing runway concrete and rubber separation operation on runway blocks with large tire marks, the dynamic balance between the tire mark removing effect and removing resource saving is achieved.
