The method comprises the steps: building unit layer supports upwards layer by layer from an adjustable bottom support. The building method of the unit layer supports comprises the steps: installing bowl buckle vertical rods; arranging a fastener vertical rod between every two adjacent bowl buckle vertical rods which are transversely arranged; connecting each fastener vertical rod to the two bowl buckle vertical rods located on the two sides of the fastener vertical rod through bowl buckle horizontal rods; and arranging a bowl buckle horizontal rod between every two adjacent bowl buckle vertical rods which are longitudinally arranged. According to the bridge supporting method, construction is simple and convenient, construction can be completed timely and stably, and the major dangerous case of sudden beam falling is prevented.
