The invention discloses a light-emitting road traffic sign which comprises a panel assembly, a light source plate assembly, a frame assembly and more than one back plate, the frame assembly at least comprises two transverse frame rods and two vertical frame rods, a limiting sliding groove is formed in each transverse frame rod in the axial direction, a bearing plate is arranged at the position close to a groove opening of the limiting sliding groove, the bearing plate is used for bearing the back plates, and a plurality of slidable pressing pieces are arranged in the limiting sliding groove and used for detachably pressing and fixing the back plates to the bearing plates of the transverse frame rods so that the back plates can be rapidly disassembled to be maintained. The light-emitting road traffic sign has the advantages of simple and compact structure, convenience and rapidness in installation, easiness in high-altitude rapid maintenance operation and high stability.
