The removing device comprises a vehicle frame body, wherein walking equipment is arranged at a lower end of the vehicle frame body; a shoveling device is arranged on the left side of a lower end of the frame body and comprises a bucket, and the bucket is of a structure capable of swinging; a sweeping and adsorbing device is arranged on the right side of a lower end of the frame body and comprises a sweeping wheel and an absorbing disc, the sweeping wheel is of a structure capable of horizontally sliding in a reciprocating mode while rotating, and the absorbing disc is of a structure capable of horizontally sliding in a reciprocating mode in the adsorbing process.
