The invention provides a high-strength prestressed concrete pipe pile. The high-strength prestressed concrete pipe pile comprises a pipe pile body, and a fixing hoop is fixedly installed at the lower end of the outer surface of the pipe pile body in a surrounding mode; a plurality of soil inlet grooves are formed between the outer surface of the top side of the fixing hoop and the pipe pile body in an equally adjacent mode, and combined pipes are in communication with the positions, in the vertical direction, of the lower portions of the soil inlet grooves in a penetrating mode; an upper pipe, a middle pipe and a lower pipe are respectively arranged at the upper end, the middle end and the lower end of each combined pipe in sequence; upper sliding plates are slidably installed at the bottom ends in the upper pipes; and inner cavities of the middle pipes are filled with inert gas, and lower sliding plates are installed at the bottom ends of the interiors of the middle pipes in a sliding mode. According to the high-strength prestressed concrete pipe pile, when pile sinking equipment is used for driving the pipe pile into soil, soil around the lower end of the pile body can be fully utilized to supplement the stability of the pile body, the anti-pulling capacity of the pile body is improved, and the safety accident that the pipe pile is pulled up with the root can be avoided when disasters such as typhoons and earthquakes occur.
