Pile construction process for progressive multi-time hole-forming grouting pile
The invention provides a pile construction process for a progressive multi-time hole-forming grouting pile. The construction process comprises the following steps that, slurry is prepared, and a plurality of pile casings are prepared; a hole site is measured; a pile hole is drilled in a progressive pile casing jacking mode, and disintegrating slag in the pile hole is discharged out of the pile hole through repeated flushing and stirring of slurry; when encountering rocks, a drill bit is replaced by a rock drill bit, and the rocks are drilled through in the mode of progressively jacking in the pile casings with the pile casing numbers increasing progressively; the pile hole is drilled till the preset drilling depth is reached in the mode that the pile casing with the progressively-increased number of the previous pile casing is progressively jacked in; primary hole cleaning is carried out; a reinforcement cage is prepared and installed; a conduit is installed; the secondary hole cleaning is carried out; and concrete pouring is carried out until the construction is finished. According to the technical scheme, accurate positioning during drilling is achieved by arranging a positioning pile, the disintegrating slag in the pile hole is continuously cleaned in the drilling process of the drill bit, it is avoided that pile breaking and mud clamping do not occur to a pile body after pouring, the pile casing is adopted for protecting the hole wall, and the phenomenon that a hole cannot be formed due to hole collapse and block falling is effectively prevented.
