The basalt fiber anchor rod comprises a fixing assembly and a protection assembly; the fixing assembly comprises a basalt fiber anchor rod body; through holes are formed in the surface and the interior of the basalt fiber anchor rod body; the left face of the basalt fiber anchor rod body is movably connected with the right face of a conical connecting plate through a hinge; an empty groove is formed in the surface of the conical connecting plate; a fixing cone fixed to a connecting rod extends out of the surface of the anchor rod body in an extending hole in the anchor rod body and acts on soil around the anchor rod body, so that the fixing firmness is improved; under the action of a pushing cone head, the anchor rod body can fix a slope more firmly; and external filler is injected into a slurry storage chamber through an external grouting opening, and under the action of external force, the filler in the slurry storage chamber flows out of grouting holes and permeates into the soil to form a complete structure, so that the soil around the anchor rod body is protected, and the protection effect is optimal.
