The invention provides an anchoring structure for civil engineering construction. The anchoring structure for civil engineering construction comprises an anchor rod base plate; a reaction tank is fixedly arranged on the upper portion in the anchor rod base plate; a limiting groove is fixedly formed in one end of the outer side of the reaction tank; a movable anchor is movably arranged in the limiting groove; a guide drill rod is fixedly installed at the bottom of the anchor rod base plate; and a lateral limiting structure, an anchor rod self-tightening structure, an anchor rod self-locking mechanism and a reaction triggering structure are arranged in the movable anchor. According to the anchoring structure, gas obtained by the reaction can be used as kinetic energy through the reaction triggering structure, and a rubber film is arranged at the bottom of the reaction tank, so that materials in the reaction tank cannot leak before an anchor rod is reacted, and the anchor rod cannot be damaged; and the inner rod of the anchor rod can be limited and fixed through the anchor rod self-locking mechanism.
