The invention discloses a hoisting method of a reinforcement cage. The hoisting method of a reinforcement cage comprises the following steps: a, mounting a reinforcement cage; b, mounting positioning devices on the reinforcement cage; c, adjusting positioning blocks on fixing bases in a sliding mode; d, taking out the reinforcement cage; e, mounting separation mechanisms on the reinforcement cage; f, hoisting the reinforcement cage into a pile casing; and and g, recovering the separation mechanisms. The reinforcement cage can be positioned and stability and safety of the reinforcement cage in a hoisting process are improved. Therefore, a single-group separation mechanism can be arranged and the number of the separation mechanisms is reduced. The positioning devices are horizontally fixed to the reinforcement cage through rotary block installation of the positioning devices, a welding operation of the fixing bases and the positioning blocks are carried out on an outer side of the reinforcement cage, a welding operation space is increased, the positioning blocks are subjected to a sliding adjustment on the fixing bases, the positioning blocks extend out of the fixing bases by a designed distance, the positioning blocks always abut against an inner wall of the pile casing, and a positioning effect of the positioning devices on the reinforcement cage is fully achieved.
本发明公开了一种钢筋笼吊放方法,包括如下步骤:a、对钢筋笼进行安装;b、在钢筋笼上安装定位装置;c、将定位块在固定座上进行滑移调整;d、将钢筋笼取出;e、在钢筋笼上安装脱离机构;f、将钢筋笼吊放到护筒中;g、回收脱离机构。本发明可对钢筋笼进行定位,提高了钢筋笼在吊放过程中的稳定性和安全性。这样可设置单组脱离机构,减少脱离机构的数量。通过对定位装置的转动式分块安装,实现定位装置水平固定在钢筋笼上,而且固定座和定位块的焊接操作在钢筋笼外侧进行,增加焊接操作空间,并将定位块在固定座上进行滑移调整,使得定位块在固定座上伸出设计距离,使得定位块始终抵在护筒的内壁上,充分发挥定位装置对钢筋笼的定位作用。
