The invention discloses a combined support pile and a construction method thereof. The combined support pile comprises a prefabricated prestressed concrete special-shaped support pile, a prefabricated integral connecting piece and two steel sheet piles; flanges are arranged on the two sides of the prefabricated prestressed concrete special-shaped support pile; the prefabricated integral connecting piece is arranged at the top of the prefabricated prestressed concrete special-shaped support pile and comprises a structural steel sheet; the structural steel sheet is tightly attached to the side face of the prefabricated prestressed concrete special-shaped support pile; the structural steel sheet is provided with connecting parts located on the outer sides of the flanges; the two steel sheet piles are arranged on the two sides of the prefabricated prestressed concrete special-shaped support pile; each steel sheet pile comprises flat steel and two connecting steel pieces located on the two sides of the flat steel respectively; the two connecting steel pieces are each provided with a groove; the two connecting parts and the two flanges are inserted into the grooves of the connecting steel pieces of the two steel sheet piles; and the flanges, the connecting parts and the connecting steel pieces which are close to each other are fixedly connected. According to the invention, the soil squeezing effect and the use amount of support piles can be reduced.
