According to the municipal rainwater well lid, when sewage flows into the water flowing hole, under the action of flowing water pressure, a pressure-driven rotating plate rotates; when the pressure-driven rotating plate rotates, an elastic memory metal plate is extruded; when the elastic memory metal plate is extruded to deform, a mashing rod is pushed to move due to deformation of the elastic memory metal plate; and when the mashing rod moves, the purpose of mashing sludge at the water flowing hole is achieved, so that the sludge is prevented from blocking the water flowing hole.
