The fixed top plate is arranged at the top end of the concrete pipe pile body; the triangular fixing plates are fixed to the bottom surface of the fixed top plate; one side of the triangular fixing plates is connected onto the side ring at one end of the concrete pipe pile body, so that the bearing capacity of the concrete pipe pile body is favorably improved; a first connecting plate is connected between the triangular fixing plates at the two ends of the concrete pipe pile body; and in addition, a reinforcing fixing ring is fixed to the first connecting plate in the vertical direction. The load bearing capacity of the concrete pipe pile body is further favorably improved, and the concrete pipe pile body is favorably fixed more stably.
