Expressway roadbed settlement grouting monitoring system and method
The invention provides an expressway roadbed settlement grouting monitoring system. The system comprises a roadbed settlement deformation monitoring system, a communication transmission module, a comprehensive control system, a reservoir, a first ultrasonic liquid level instrument arranged in the reservoir, a water supply pipeline communicating with the reservoir and a water inlet of a vortex pulping machine, a storage bin, a second ultrasonic liquid level instrument located in the vortex pulping machine, the vortex pulping machine communicating with the storage bin, a slurry storage pool connected with the vortex pulping machine, and a grouting pipeline connected with a water outlet of the slurry storage pool; and the comprehensive control system monitors the water level of the reservoir and the putting and remaining amount of roadbed grouting raw materials in the storage bin in real time, and remotely controls slurry making of the vortex pulping machine, the quality of slurry in the slurry storage pool after slurry making is completed and whether a roadbed is grouted through the grouting pipeline or not. According to the expressway roadbed settlement grouting monitoring system, production automation, remote control and unattended operation are achieved, labor force is liberated, the grouting efficiency is improved, and grouting can be carried out on different damaged and cracked roadbeds in a more targeted and applicable mode.
本发明提供高速公路路基沉降注浆监控系统,包括路基沉降变形监控系统、通信传输模块、综合控制系统、蓄水池、设置于所述蓄水池内的第一超声波液位仪、连通所述蓄水池与涡流制浆机的入水口的供水管路、储料仓、位于所述涡流制浆机内的第二超声波液位仪、与储料仓相连通的涡流制浆机、与涡流制浆机连接的储浆池、与储浆池的出水口连接的注浆管路;所述综合控制系统实时监控蓄水池水位、储料仓内路基注浆原料投放与剩余量、远程控制涡流制浆机制浆、制浆完毕后储浆池内浆液质量以及是否通过注浆管路对路基注浆。本发明实现了生产自动化、远程控制及无人值守,解放了劳动力,提高了注浆效率,可以更加有针对性和适用性的针对不同破损裂开路基进行注浆。
