The invention relates to a gear backlash detection tool and an assembly method thereof. The gear backlash detection tool comprises a lifting bolt, a shaft circlip, a fixed disc, a shaft sleeve and a gear shaft, and gear parameters of the gear shaft are matched with a rotary motor terminal output pinion; the shaft circlip is mounted on the gear shaft; and a detection observation hole is reserved in the fixed disc. The gear backlash detection tool is simple in structure, reliable in detection result, convenient to assemble and particularly suitable for being used on small machines such as excavators.
一种齿轮侧隙检测工装及其装配方法，包括吊环螺钉、轴用弹性挡圈、固定盘、轴套、齿轮轴，所述齿轮轴的齿轮参数，与回转马达终端输出小齿轮相匹配；所述轴用弹性挡圈安装于所述齿轮轴上；所述固定盘上预留有检测观察孔。本发明结构简单，检测结果可靠，装配方便，尤其适合在挖掘机等小型机械上使用。
