The anti-blocking kitchen garbage crushing device comprises a kitchen garbage crusher, a single chip microcomputer, a micro peristaltic pump, a first liquid storage tank and a second liquid storage tank, wherein a feeding port is formed in the upper end of the kitchen garbage crusher and is connected with a downpipe of a kitchen sink. The invention discloses a main drain pipe capable of being used for the kitchen garbage crushing device. The main drain pipe comprises a drain pipe main body, an electric control valve, a second liquid level sensor and a central processing unit, wherein the drain pipe main body is vertically arranged, and an electric control valve is mounted on the drain pipe main body. The micro peristaltic pump, the first liquid storage tank and a surfactant are matched, so that fat substances are emulsified in the kitchen garbage crushing process of the kitchen garbage crusher, and a pipeline cannot be easily blocked.
