The invention relates to a cleaning device for a closestool and an intelligent closestool. The cleaning device comprises a base, a spray gun, a guide frame, a supporting frame, a driving motor, a rolling wheel and a winding tape. A guide sliding groove is formed in the base; the guide frame movably sleeves the spray gun and is rotationally connected to the base; the supporting frame is connected with the spray gun and slidably connected to the guide sliding groove. The rolling wheel is arranged at the output end of the driving motor; the winding tape is wound on the rolling wheel and is connected with the supporting frame; the driving motor can drive the winding tape to be wound and pull the supporting frame to be away from the guide frame, or the winding tape is driven to unwind and the supporting frame is pushed to approach the guide frame. The driving motor, the winding wheel and the winding tape are matched to provide power for the spray gun and the supporting frame; the spray gun is jointly supported by the guide frame and the supporting frame, the guide frame is used for guiding and steering the spray gun, the supporting frame can drive the spray gun to slide and rotate relative to the guide frame, the optimization of the structure of the cleaning device is facilitated, and the operation stability and reliability of the cleaning device are improved.
