The invention provides an energy-saving environment-friendly toilet sanitary appliance. The energy-saving environment-friendly toilet sanitary appliance comprises a sanitary appliance body, wherein a flushing channel and an exhausting channel are arranged in the sanitary appliance body in a surrounding mode, a flushing pipeline is connected with a water tank through a water pipe, and a plurality of drainage holes are formed in the side wall of the flushing channel; a plurality of exhaust holes are formed in the side wall of the exhausting channel, and an air suction port of each exhaust hole is obliquely arranged downwards and communicates with the inner side of the toilet sanitary appliance; and the exhausting channel communicates with the outside through an exhaust pipe, an exhaust fan is arranged in the exhaust pipe, and the exhaust fan is electrically connected with a human body induction switch fixed to a wall. The exhausting channel and the flushing channel are separately arranged, so exhausting and flushing do not interfere with each other; when the human body induction switch detects that a user goes to the toilet, the exhaust fan is triggered to be started so as to exhaust air on the inner side of the toilet sanitary appliance; and when the human body induction switch detects that the user leaves the toilet sanitary appliance for preset time, the exhaust fan is triggered to be closed so as to exhaust peculiar smell quickly, continuous flushing is not needed, and the purpose of saving water is achieved.
