Novel splicing mode of prefabricated GFRP pipe concrete column
The invention discloses a novel splicing mode of a prefabricated GFRP pipe concrete column, and belongs to the field of constructional engineering. The splicing mode specifically comprises the following steps of firstly, prefabricating an upper GFRP pipe concrete column, a lower GFRP pipe concrete column and a sleeve connecting component in a factory, and preforming a grouting hole and a grout outlet in the side wall of the sleeve connecting component; secondly, presetting a bottom bearing plate in a designated position, and then connecting the lower GFRP pipe concrete column with the bottom bearing plate through a steel hinge; and thirdly, respectively embedding both ends of the sleeve connecting component into the upper end of the lower GFRP pipe concrete column and the lower end of the upper GFRP pipe concrete column, and fixing the sleeve connecting component to the lower GFRP pipe concrete column and the upper GFRP pipe concrete column through shear keys. The novel splicing mode can be quickly assembled, so that a prefabricated building is popularized; additionally, the sleeve grouting splicing mode can bear eccentric pressure, so that the splicing mode is practical; and a welding technique is not adopted, so that the splicing problem of GFRP pipe concrete can be solved.
本发明公开了一种新型的装配式GFRP管混凝土柱的拼接方式,属于建筑工程领域,该拼接方式具体步骤如下:第一步:在工厂预制上GFRP管混凝土柱、下GFRP管混凝土柱和套筒连接构件,其中套筒连接构件的侧壁预设灌浆孔和出浆孔;第二步:将底部承重板预设于指定位置,再将下GFRP管混凝土柱通过钢铰与底部承重板连接;第三步:将套筒连接构件的两端分别嵌入下GFRP管混凝土柱的上端和上GFRP管混凝土柱的下端,采用抗剪键将套筒连接构件与下GFRP管混凝土柱和上GFRP管混凝土柱固定,本发明能够快捷装配,进而利于推广装配式建筑,同时套筒灌浆拼接方式可以承受偏心受压,所以此拼接方式更加实用,且不采用焊接技术,可解决GFRP管混凝土的拼接问题。
