The invention discloses a connecting assembly which comprises a connecting sleeve and a restraining sleeve. The connecting sleeve is provided with a connecting hole used for being matched with a connected object, and the connecting sleeve comprises at least two connecting parts which are arranged in a split mode and define the connecting hole. The restraining sleeve is provided with a restraining hole matched with the connecting sleeve, and the connecting sleeve is inserted into the restraining hole. According to the connecting assembly, the assembling difficulty can be effectively reduced, and the assembling efficiency is improved. The invention further discloses a connecting device applying the connecting assembly and a prefabricated assembly type device, due to the adoption of the connecting assembly, the assembly difficulty can be effectively reduced, and the assembly efficiency is improved.
