The invention discloses a PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) floor sticker and a manufacturing process thereof. The PVC floor sticker comprises a wear-resistant layer, a printing layer, a sound insulation layer, a heat preservation layer, a water-based self-adhesive layer and a release anti-sticking layer. The technological process comprises the steps: firstly, printing a PVC film into a PVC printing film through a printing machine; then through a compounding machine, applying glue to release anti-sticking paper, and compounding the release anti-sticking paper and a PET film into a composite film; secondly, coating the composite film with pasty resin through a comma blade by a coating machine, heating through a drying oven, heating the PVC printing film at an outlet of the drying oven through a heating roller, and laminating the composite film and the PVC printing film at high temperature to form a coating film; cooling and shaping the coating film through a cooling roller; heating the coating film through the drying oven of the coating machine, heating the wear-resistant layer at the outlet of the drying oven, and laminating the coating film and the wear-resistant layer; and cutting the obtained process product into small blocks through a dividing and cutting machine, cutting the cut roll-shaped product into pieces through a cutting machine, and packaging in a packaging box. According to the PVC floor sticker and the manufacturing process thereof provided by the invention, the produced floor sticker is soft, the foot feeling is comfortable, the sound insulation effect is good, the indoor and outdoor temperature difference can be reduced through the heat preservation layer, and the cost is low.
本发明公开一种PVC地板贴及其制作工艺，包括耐磨层，印刷层、隔音层、保温层、水性自粘胶层以及离型防粘质层，工艺流程；首先将PVC膜通过印刷机印刷成PVC印刷膜：然后通过复合机在离型防粘纸上打上胶水和PET膜复合制成复合膜；其次通过涂布机将复合膜经逗号刮刀涂上糊状树脂，通过烘箱加热，在烘箱出口处通过加热辊把PVC印刷膜加热，两者在高温下贴合，形成涂布膜；涂布膜通过冷却辊冷却定型；将涂布膜再通过涂布机烘箱加热，同时在烘箱出口把耐磨层加热，两者再贴合；上述所得工艺产品通过分切机切成小块，将分切好的卷状产品通过裁切机裁成片状打包装箱。本发明生产出的地板贴比较柔软，脚感舒服，隔音效果好，保温层可以缩小室内外温差且成本低。
