The residential template for building engineering construction comprises a fixed base, a template body and adjusting columns; a top par of the fixed base is fixedly connected with the template body; a supporting panel is arranged on a side face of the template body; a sliding groove is formed in the side face of the template body; a side face of the supporting panel is fixedly connected with observation blocks; threaded holes are formed in a surface of the template body; and interior of the threaded holes is in threaded connection with the adjusting columns. A correctable structural design of the residential template is effectively realized, a problem that when the supporting panel on the surface of the template body is subjected to large pressure of cement paste, especially the pressure of the cement paste close to a bottom part, deformation occurs is solved, the deformed supporting panel is corrected in time when the cement paste flows, therefore, a molded concrete structural surface cannot be seriously deformed.
