Through the arrangement of a fixed frame, a rotating frame, rotating rods, connecting seats and elastic telescopic rods, when a cleaning plate cleans a wall through a cleaning brush, thrust in all directions can be generated on a moving cleaning plate due to the unevenness of the wall surface or large attachments on the outer wall, and the cleaning plate can extrude an elastic telescopic rod after being subjected to thrust from the wall.
