Construction method for underpinning and jacking masonry
The invention discloses a construction method for underpinning and jacking masonry. The construction method comprises the following steps of (a) pouring and forming concrete ring beams in a masonry wall of a masonry wall building in a segmented wall demolishing and pouring mode, where each concrete ring beam is poured and formed in a beveled opening pouring mode; embedding longitudinal bars which extend in the length direction of the concrete ring beams in the concrete ring beams, wherein both ends of the longitudinal bars respectively extend out of the end surfaces of the corresponding sides of the concrete ring beams; (b) welding the longitudinal bars of every two adjacent concrete ring beams to each other; (c) respectively forming jack mounting grooves below the concrete ring beams, and then respectively installing jacking jack in the jack mounting grooves; and (d) starting all the jacking jacks for the jacking operation, wherein all the jacking jacks respectively act on the corresponding concrete ring beams. Through the step design, according to the construction method, the jacking deviation correction of the masonry wall building can be effectively achieved, and the construction method has the advantages of easiness in construction and high construction efficiency.
本发明公开了一种托换顶升砌体施工方法,其包括以下步骤:a、按照分段拆墙浇筑的方式于砌体墙建筑的砌体墙内浇筑成型混凝土圈梁,各混凝土圈梁分别采用斜口浇筑的方式浇筑成型;混凝土圈梁的内部预埋有沿着混凝土圈梁长度方向延伸的纵筋,纵筋的两端部分别伸出于混凝土圈梁相应侧的端面;b、相邻的两个混凝土圈梁的纵筋相互焊接;c、于各混凝土圈梁的下方分别开凿千斤顶安装槽,而后于各千斤顶安装槽内分别安装顶升千斤顶;d、启动各顶升千斤顶进行顶升作业,各顶升千斤顶分别作用于相应的混凝土圈梁。通过上述步骤设计,本发明能够有效地实现砌体墙建筑顶升纠偏,且具有施工简单且施工效率高的优点。
