The invention discloses an opening door and window. The opening door and window comprises a sealing transmission assembly, wherein the sealing transmission assembly comprises a transmission box, a locking bar and a sash profile C-shaped notch; the locking bar and the transmission box can be connected through a connecting point; the transmission box is fixed in a sash profile in a penetrating fit mode through the locking bar and the sash profile C-shaped notch; and only the transmission box connecting point can be seen at the connecting position of the locking bar and the transmission box. The transmission box and the locking bar are connected and fixed through one connecting point, so that the problem that in the prior art, the two sides of the transmission box need to be connected with one locking bar respectively is solved, the machining cost of the locking bar is reduced, and the assembling and disassembling difficulty is lowered.
