The invention relates to a gravity lifting safety locking and releasing device. The device comprises a fixing body, and a steel rope, a gravity hanging head and a clamping and locking mechanism which are arranged on the fixing body, wherein the gravity hanging head comprises a hanging connector, a sliding shaft, a clamping and jacking head and a return guide piece, the hanging connector is connected to the clamping and jacking head through the sliding shaft and the return guide piece is a sliding piece installed on the sliding shaft in a sliding mode; the clamping and locking mechanism is a movable component provided with a clamping tongue, and the clamping and locking mechanism is located at the corresponding position of the side edge of the gravity hanging head and used for locking the gravity hanging head to be fixedly hung or opening the gravity hanging head to be released and lowered; the side surface of the return guide piece corresponds to the side surface of the clamping and jacking head of the gravity hanging head; and the return guide piece is naturally located at the low position of the sliding shaft in a non-stress state, so that a hanging distance is reserved between the return guide piece and the clamping and jacking head. The function of lifting and hanging or loosening and descending is achieved, electricity is not needed, automatic control is achieved, the performance and the safety performance of the product are effectively improved, and market requirements are better met.
