According to the technical scheme, the hinge comprises a first hinge piece and a second hinge piece, wherein the first hinge piece comprises a first rotating pipe body; the first bottom surface of the first rotating pipe body comprises a partial conductive surface; the second hinge piece comprises a second rotating pipe body; the second bottom surface of the second rotating pipe body is in contact with the first bottom surface; the second bottom surface comprises at least one detection contact group; each detection contact group comprises multiple detection contacts; and the detection contacts of the same detection contact group are sequentially contacted with the conductive surface along with the relative rotation of the first hinge piece and the second hinge piece. According to the hinge and the door opening and closing angle detection method in the technical scheme provided by the invention, when a door opening and closing angle is detected, interference of external factors is not likely to happen, and the accuracy of the detection result is greatly improved.
