Design method for recycled aggregate concrete mix proportion
The invention belongs to the technical field of construction of recycled concrete and products thereof, in particular to a design method for a recycled aggregate concrete mix proportion. In order to solve the problem that a proper mix proportion cannot be designed according to an existing JGJ55-2011 Common Concrete Mix Proportion Design Discipline, a scheme is provided as follows: the method comprises the following steps: S1, designing grading of a recycled coarse aggregate with reference to Sand and Stone Quality and Inspection Method Standard for Common Concrete; S2, setting a design strength of recycled aggregate concrete needed to be prepared, and determining a grain size and a slump of the recycled coarse aggregate; and S3, determining a water consumption of the unit recycled aggregate concrete on the basis of consulting to a corresponding table of the Common Concrete Mix Proportion Design Discipline according to the slump and the maximum grain of the coarse aggregate required by construction. The mix proportion of the recycled aggregate concrete is determined by way of a free water cement ratio, such that the standard difference can be reduced greatly, the production cost is saved and the method is favorably popularized and used while the cement dosage is saved.
本发明属于再生混凝土及其制品施工的技术领域,尤其是一种再生骨料混凝土配合比的设计方法,针对现有的使用JGJ55‑2011《普通混凝土配合比设计规程》不能设计出合适的配合比的问题,现提出如下方案,其包括以下步骤:S1:参照《普通混凝土用砂、石质量及检验方法标准》设计再生粗骨料的级配;S2:设定需要配制的再生骨料混凝土的设计强度,确定再生粗骨料的粒径和坍落度;S3:根据施工要求的坍落度和粗集料的最大粒径查阅《普通混凝土配合比设计规程》的相应表格的基础上确定单位再生骨料混凝土用水量。本发明利用自由水灰比的方式确定再生骨料混凝土的配合比,可大大降低标准差,节约水泥用量的同时节省了生产成本,利于推广使用。
