The device comprises a feeding mechanism, a driving mechanism arranged on one side of the feeding mechanism and a material distribution mechanism arranged below the feeding mechanism, the feeding mechanism comprises a material receiving hopper arranged in the center of the shaft kiln and a material collecting pipe arranged below the material receiving hopper, the driving mechanism comprises a motor, a speed reducer fixedly connected with the output end of the motor and a bevel gear connected with the speed reducer, a tug track meshed with the bevel gear is arranged on the outer periphery of the material receiving hopper, the material distribution mechanism comprises a material distributor communicated with the lower portion of the material collecting pipe and a material guiding device arranged at the lower end of the material distributor, the material distributor is a volute-shaped material distributor, and the material distribution mechanism rotates and distributes materials along the circumference of the material receiving hopper. According to the invention, materials output from the volute-shaped material distributor can be conducted and buffered, so that the materials are prevented from being crushed due to secondary impact when falling onto a material layer, and the calcining effect of the shaft kiln is prevented from being influenced.
