Alkali-activated cementing material doped with steel slag and blast furnace slag
The invention belongs to the field of alkali-activated inorganic nonmetal cementing materials, and particularly relates to an alkali-activated cementing material doped with steel slag and blast furnace slag, the material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 30-50 parts of steel slag; 15-20 parts of silica fume; 20-35 parts of blast furnace slag; 10-15 parts of alkaline residue; 1-5 parts of an alkaline activator; the preparation method comprises the following steps: adding the steel slag, the silica fume and the blast furnace slag into a stirrer, uniformly stirring, dissolving the alkali slag into the alkali activator, adding into the stirrer after the alkali slag is completely dissolved, stirring and mixing at a low speed, pouring the standard sand into a stirring pot, stopping stirring, and stirring again to obtain alkali-activated cementing material slurry; and injecting the obtained alkali-activated cementing material slurry into a mold, carrying out condensation and hardening, removing the mold, and carrying out curing in a curing device so as to obtain the target product. The material has the advantages of good gelling property, ideal impermeability, high compressive strength and micro-expansion compensation function.
本发明属碱激发无机非金属胶凝材料领域,尤其涉及一种掺钢渣与高炉矿渣的碱激发胶凝材料,以质量份计,包括如下原料:钢渣30~50份;硅灰15~20份;高炉矿渣20~35份;碱渣10~15份;碱性激发剂1~5份;制备方法:将钢渣、硅灰、高炉矿渣加入搅拌机中搅拌均匀,再将碱渣溶于碱性激发剂中,待完全溶解后加入搅拌机,低速搅拌混合,再将标准砂倒入搅拌锅中,停拌,再搅拌,即得碱激发胶凝材料浆体;将所得碱激发胶凝材料浆体注入模具中,凝结硬化拆模,然后置于养护装置中进行养护,即得目的产品;本发明的有点效果为胶凝性好,抗渗性能理想,抗压强度高,具有微膨胀补偿功能。
