Environment-friendly building interior wall plastering material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses an environment-friendly building interior wall plastering material. The material is prepared from, by weight, 700 to 900 parts of gypsum, 160 to 260 parts of glass beads, 150 to 250 parts of heavy calcium carbonate, 60 to 80 parts of perlite, 4 to 6 parts of ash calcium, 1.5 to 2 parts of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, 0.4 to 0.6 part of a special lubricant for gypsum and 0.1 to 2 parts of a retarder. The invention further discloses a preparation method of the environment-friendly building interior wall plastering material. According to the invention, cement is replaced by gypsum powder, quartz sand is replaced by vitrified microbeads, and a plurality of additives are added, so that hollowing and cracking are solved, construction processes are reduced, the curing period is greatly shortened, the cost is reduced, and the thermal insulation and sound insulation functions are good, and better environment friendliness is achieved; and the plastering material prepared by adopting the above formula disclosed by the invention reaches the performance indexes of national standards in various detection results, and can be used as a building interior wall plastering material instead of an existing cement mortar material.
本发明公开了一种环保建筑内墙抹灰材料,包括以下按照重量份的原料:石膏700‑900份、玻化微珠160‑260份、重钙150‑250份、珍珠岩60‑80份、灰钙4‑6份、羟丙基甲基纤维素1.5‑2份、石膏专用润滑剂0.4‑0.6份、缓凝剂0.1‑2份。本发明还公开了所述环保建筑内墙抹灰材料的制备方法。本发明通过石膏粉代替水泥,通过玻化微珠代替石英砂,另外添加多种添加剂,解决空鼓开裂、减少施工工艺、大幅缩短养护期、成本下降,且具备良好的保温隔音功能,更环保;采用本发明配方制备的抹灰材料在各项检测结果中均达到国家标准的性能指标,能够代替现有的水泥砂浆材料作用建筑内墙抹灰材料使用。
