Foam concrete and production process thereof
The invention discloses foam concrete and a production process thereof. The foam concrete comprises the following components: water; cement; a foaming agent; stone powder; coal ash; a binder; gravel; an anti-crack fiber; light foam; and an antioxidant. According to the foam concrete, the mode of adding the light foam particles is adopted, the light foam particles in the molten state are fused into the concrete, at the moment, light foam is the maximum heat which can be absorbed by the light foam particles and is also the deformation which can be generated by the light foam particles to the maximum extent, and therefore, when the foam concrete is used in the later period, the problem that the concrete is extruded due to expansion is avoided, the volume of the light foam condensed at low temperature is reduced due to rapid cooling, the number of cavities in the concrete is increased, the mass of the foam concrete is reduced again, later use and transportation are facilitated, and space difference is formed between the condensed light foam and the cavities, and a gap is formed between the light foam particles and the inner wall of the cavity, so a certain deformation space can be provided in a high-temperature exposure environment.
