Production method of autoclaved aerated phosphogypsum concrete block
The invention provides a production method of an autoclaved aerated phosphogypsum concrete block. The production method comprises the steps of (1), mixing 45-55 parts by mass of phosphogypsum, 30 parts by mass of silica sand and 20 parts by mass of water, ball-milling, pulping, and storing for later use; (2) adding 0.08 part of aluminum powder, 10 parts of cement and 10 parts of lime, stirring for 60 seconds, injecting the slurry into a mold, standing in an oven at 45 DEG C for 1-2 hours, demolding, and cutting off the redundant part of the upper part of a green body by using a cutting machine; and (3) putting the green body into an autoclave for autoclaved curing. The phosphogypsum contains a large amount of SiO2 and a certain amount of CaO and is a material with potential activity, and vitreous minerals of the phosphogypsum are easily activated under alkaline conditions to form CSH gel minerals similar to those generated by cement hydration, so that the phosphogypsum has double functions of filling and gelling.
本发明提供一种蒸压加气磷石膏混凝土砌块的生产方法,包括以下步骤:步骤(1).将按质量配比取磷石膏45‑55份、硅砂30份、水20份按配比混合后球磨制浆储存备用;步骤(2).掺入铝粉0.08份、水泥10份、石灰10份,再搅拌60s,然后将料浆注入模具中,放入45℃烘箱中静停1‑2小时,脱模,用切割机割去坯体上部多余部分;步骤(3).将坯体放入蒸压釜中进行蒸压养护。本发明磷石膏中含有大量的SiO2和一定量的CaO,是有潜在活性的材料,其玻璃体矿物容易在碱性条件下被激活,形成类似水泥水化产生的CSH凝胶矿物,能起到填充和凝胶的双重作用。
