Reinforcing construction method for miscellaneous fill foundation
The invention discloses a reinforcing construction method for a miscellaneous fill foundation. The method comprises the steps that a vibration frequency and a vibration point distance are determined through vibration monitoring; the grouting pressure and the water-cement ratio are determined according to the porosity of miscellaneous fill; the miscellaneous fill is subjected to primary reinforcement and hole forming through vibration waves generated by vibration rods; and the vibration rods are lifted, grouting is conducted synchronously, cement grout permeates along with holes of the miscellaneous fill, secondary reinforcement is achieved, and meanwhile a cement-soil composite foundation reinforcement body is formed in vibration holes. According to the method, in order to overcome the defects that when a traditional grouting method is used for treating a miscellaneous fill foundation, the amount of grout is large, and the grout is prone to loss; and the vibration and grouting combined construction mode is adopted, the porosity of the miscellaneous fill is reduced through the vibration waves, then grouting reinforcement is conducted, and thus the grouting amount can be reduced, the construction cost is saved, and the bearing capacity of the miscellaneous fill foundation is effectively improved.
本发明公开了一种杂填土地基的加固施工方法:通过振动监测明确振动频率和振点间距;根据杂填土的孔隙率确定注浆压力和水灰比;利用振动杆产生的振动波对杂填土进行一次加固并成孔;提升振动杆并同步注浆,水泥浆液随杂填土的孔隙渗透,实现二次加固,同时在振孔内形成水泥土复合地基增强体。本方法针对传统注浆法在处理杂填土地基时浆液量大且易流失的缺点,采用振动和注浆的组合施工方式,利用振动波减小杂填土的孔隙率,再进行注浆加固,可减少注浆量,节约工程造价,有效提高杂填土地基承载力。
