Supporting frame for soft weak soil of deep foundation pit of high-rise building
The invention relates to the technical field of deep foundation pit construction, in particular to a supporting frame for soft weak soil of a deep foundation pit of a high-rise building. Four supporting rods are arranged at the bottom of a bearing table in a rectangular shape; a plurality of anti-sinking mechanisms are evenly arranged on the periphery of each supporting rod; wheels are arranged at the bottom ends of the supporting rods; a threaded hole is formed in a sliding seat; a one-way threaded rod penetrates through the threaded hole; a first motor is arranged on the left side of the top end of the bearing table; a first rotating seat is arranged on the right side of the top end of the bearing table; one end of the one-way threaded rod is fixedly connected with an output shaft of the first motor, and the other end of the one-way threaded rod is rotationally connected with the first rotating seat; a lifting mechanism is arranged on the upper portion of the sliding seat; a workbench is arranged on the top of the lifting mechanism; two adjusting rods are symmetrically arranged on the top of the bearing table left and right; and fixed wings are erected on the left and right sides of the whole device through the adjusting rods. The problem that a traditional supporting frame does not have an anti-sinking function is mainly solved. The supporting frame is mainly used for deep foundation pit construction work in the soft weak soil environment.
本发明涉及深基坑施工技术领域,更具体而言,涉及一种高层建筑深基坑软质弱土用支撑架。四个支撑杆呈矩形设在承载台底部,每个支撑杆外围均匀设有若干个防下陷机构,车轮设在支撑杆的底端,滑座内部设有螺纹孔,螺纹孔贯穿有单向螺纹杆,承载台的顶端左侧设有第一电机,承载台的顶端右侧设有第一转动座,单向螺纹杆的一端与第一电机的输出轴固定连接,单向螺纹杆的另一端与第一转动座转动连接,滑座的上部设有升降机构,升降机构的顶部设有工作台,承载台的顶部左右对称设有两个调节杆,固定翼通过调节杆架设在整个装置的左右两侧。本发明主要解决了传统支撑架没有防下陷的功能的问题。本发明主要用于软质弱土环境下的深基坑施工工作。
