Leakage plugging method for deformation joint of comprehensive pipe gallery
The invention relates to the technical field of constructional engineering, in particular to a leakage plugging method for a deformation joint of a comprehensive pipe gallery. The method comprises the following steps of sequentially and vertically drilling holes in two sides of the deformation joint at the position 150-200 m away from the deformation joint to form a plurality of first grouting holes, grouting the first grouting holes, chiseling away concrete on the two sides of the deformation joint to form notches in the two sides of an upper opening of the deformation joint, and after the deformation joint is plugged and compacted through a flexible material, performing joint repair treatment on the notches through epoxy polymer mortar; and then, sequentially and obliquely drilling holes in the two sides of the deformation joint at the position 100-150 mm away from the deformation joint to form a plurality of second grouting holes inclining towards the deformation joint, and then grouting the second grouting holes. According to the plugging method, the deformation joint of the comprehensive pipe gallery is rapidly and efficiently plugged through different plugging methods and the plugging material, the good plugging effect is achieved, normal operation of equipment and pipelines in the comprehensive pipe gallery is guaranteed, and the service life of the comprehensive pipe gallery is prolonged.
本发明涉及建筑工程技术领域,尤其涉及一种综合管廊变形缝渗漏封堵方法,通过在距离变形缝150~200m处对变形缝两侧依次垂直钻孔以形成多个第一注浆孔,并对第一注浆孔进行注浆后,对变形缝两侧混凝土进行凿除以于变形缝上口处两侧形成缺口,并在采用柔性材料将变形缝封堵密实后,采用环氧聚合物砂浆对缺口进行修缝处理;之后在距离变形缝100~150mm处对变形缝两侧依次倾斜钻孔形成多个朝向变形缝方向倾斜的第二注浆孔,之后对第二注浆孔进行注浆;该封堵方法通过不同的堵漏方法并采用堵漏材料对综合管廊变形缝进行快速、高效的封堵,实现了良好的堵漏效果,保证了综合管廊内设备,管线的正常运营,延长了综合管廊的使用寿命。
