The invention discloses a road well lid maintenance warning device with a pedestrian and vehicle protection function. The road well lid maintenance warning device comprises a fixing shell; a well lid groove with an upward opening is formed in the fixing shell; a drainage groove extending downwards is formed in the lower end wall of the well lid groove; supporting plate sliding grooves are formed in the front, rear, left and right end walls of the well lid groove; and sector-shaped supporting plates are slidably connected into the supporting plate sliding grooves. According to the device, a warning stick can be automatically rotated from a horizontal state to a vertical state when a well lid is lost, and the warning effect on pedestrians and vehicles is achieved; meanwhile, when the pedestrians or the vehicles are about to touch the warning stick, the warning stick is rotated to be in the horizontal state through lifting induction blocks on the periphery, and collision is prevented; and meanwhile, the sector-shaped supporting plates move in the direction close to each other, people or wheels are prevented from falling into the well lid groove, and the safety of pedestrians and traveling vehicles is guaranteed.
