The invention discloses a drainage ditch for dealing with differential settlement of a refuse landfill. The drainage ditch for dealing with differential settlement of the refuse landfill comprises a slope-shaped refuse landfill, footpaths located on the slope upper portion and the slope lower portion of the refuse landfill, intercepting ditches arranged along the footpaths and torrent gutters located on the slope, wherein the torrent gutters are connected with the intercepting ditches on the slope upper portion and the slope lower portion or connected with the intercepting ditches through draining ditches, and a water collecting ditch buffer platform is also arranged between the connected intercepting ditches or between each draining ditch and the corresponding torrent gutter and is connected with the connected intercepting ditches or connected with the draining ditch and the torrent gutter; each water collecting ditch buffer platform consists of a ditch main body and a grating ditch cover plate covering a ditch opening, one side of the ditch main body is connected with the corresponding intercepting ditch or draining ditch, and the other side is connected with the corresponding torrent gutter; and each torrent gutter comprises an upper section torrent gutter which is positioned at the upper part of the hillside and obliquely climbs along the hillside and a lower section torrent gutter which is positioned at the lower part of the hillside and obliquely climbs along the hillside, and the upper section torrent gutter and the lower section torrent gutter are connected and communicate on the mountainside to form a zigzag buffering chute structure. The drainage ditch can cope with the differential settlement of 30 cm/a level, and the 30 cm/a level means 30 cm/settlement every year.
