The invention discloses a building foundation pit deformation monitoring device which comprises a monitor, a steel drum frame, separation supports, a guide pipe and monitoring devices; the steel drum frame is vertically embedded in a foundation pit; the separation supports are installed in the steel drum frame; an internal cavity of the steel drum frame is divided into a plurality of groups of foundation pit monitoring chambers which are longitudinally arranged; the monitoring devices are installed in the foundation pit monitoring chambers and used for measuring and monitoring foundation pit deformation; the guide pipe is arranged at the axis in the steel drum frame; and the monitor is connected with the monitoring devices through wires embedded in the guide pipe and used for collecting deformation monitoring data.
