The invention discloses a sludge adsorption mechanism. The sludge adsorption mechanism comprises an adsorption body and a rotation driving assembly, wherein the adsorption body comprises a blow-off pipe, a spiral conveying rod, a first linear movement driving part, a fixing ring, a movable sleeve, a sludge suction box and an opening and closing driving assembly, and the opening and closing driving assembly comprises a second linear movement driving part and a third linear movement driving part; the spiral conveying rod is rotationally arranged in the blow-off pipe; and the rotation driving assembly is arranged on the outer wall of the blow-off pipe and connected with the spiral conveying rod. The invention further discloses a sludge cleaning device. The sludge cleaning device comprises the sludge adsorption mechanism. The sludge adsorption mechanism is convenient to operate, realizes automatic adsorption of sludge, thereby realizing automatic cleaning of the sludge and saving manpower.
