The invention provides a rotation limiting device, a rotation assembly and an operation machine. The device comprises a first platform, a second platform, a first sensing assembly and a second sensing assembly, wherein the first platform is rotatably arranged on the second platform, an arc-shaped sliding rail is arranged on the second platform, the circle center of the arc-shaped sliding rail coincides with the rotating center of the first platform, the position of the second sensing assembly can be adjusted along the arc-shaped sliding rail, the first sensing assembly is arranged on the first platform and can move to a first position which can be sensed by the second sensing assembly so as to start a rotation limiting mode, and different rotation angles can be limited by adjusting the position of the second sensing assembly on the arc-shaped sliding rail. A rotary part and the operation machine both comprise the rotary limiting device, and the rotation limiting device, the rotation assembly and the operation machine have the advantages of being flexible in limiting, adjustable in limiting angle and wide in application range.
