The invention provides an efficient groundwater remediation system. The efficient groundwater remediation system comprises an intercepting ditch, a water collecting well, a sewage treatment system and a water purification tower, wherein the intercepting ditch is arranged at the downstream of a groundwater pollution area and used for intercepting groundwater in the groundwater pollution area; the water collecting well is arranged in the intercepting ditch and is used for collecting the groundwater intercepted by the intercepting ditch; the sewage treatment system is used for treating the groundwater in the water collecting well; the water purification tower comprises a vertically arranged third pipeline, the lower end of the third pipeline is buried underground and arranged at the upstream of the groundwater pollution area, and the groundwater treated by the sewage treatment system returns to the underground through the water purification tower. According to the efficient groundwater remediation system, the groundwater in an groundwater polluted area can be efficiently repaired.
