The invention discloses a construction method for a connecting joint of a prefabricated transfer beam and an on-beam prefabricated column and a connecting point structure of the connecting joint. The construction method comprises the following steps that an internal hollow structure is arranged for the on-beam prefabricated column, and pouring and filling of the internal hollow structure is conducted through cast-in-place reinforced concrete; a first anchoring reinforcement cage and a second anchoring reinforcement cage are pre-buried in the position, connected with the on-beam prefabricated column, in the prefabricated transfer beam; the first anchoring reinforcement cage is connected with the prefabricated concrete of the on-beam prefabricated column, and the second anchoring reinforcement cage is connected with the cast-in-place concrete of the on-beam prefabricated column; a grouting sleeve is pre-buried in the prefabricated concrete at the bottom of the on-beam prefabricated column, and one end of the grouting sleeve is connected with an in-column longitudinal steel bar in the on-beam prefabricated column; and the semi-dry connection node can ensure the bearing capacity of the joint and the structural safety and stability of the joint.
