The invention discloses a concrete-filled steel tube fabricated seismic isolation joint and a construction method. The concrete-filled steel tube fabricated seismic isolation joint comprises prefabricated seismic isolation buttresses, seismic isolation layer beams, seismic isolation supports, a foundation and an upper column, and the prefabricated seismic isolation buttresses comprise upper prefabricated seismic isolation buttresses and lower prefabricated seismic isolation buttresses; the seismic isolation layer beams are prefabricated reinforced concrete members, cast-in-place concrete members or prefabricated steel members; seismic isolation supports are connected with seismic isolation support upper embedded parts and seismic isolation support lower embedded parts in the prefabricated seismic insulation buttress through bolts; the foundation is a cast-in-place concrete member; and the upper column is a prefabricated reinforced concrete member or a cast-in-place concrete member. Compared with the prior art, the seismic isolation buttress of the seismic isolation joint adopts a prefabricated member, and other structural members connected with the seismic isolation buttress can be prefabricated or cast in situ; and the seismic isolation joints are assembled on site, the construction efficiency and the construction quality are improved to the maximum extent, connection of all connecting positions is reliable, and the seismic performance similar to that of a cast-in-place concrete structure can be achieved.
