The invention provides a ribbed precast concrete sandwich wall. An outer connector and an inner connector of a water pipe are connected together, water is supplied through a water pump water bag connected to the end of the outermost side, water in the water bag can flow out, a large amount of heat can be taken away, and the wall can be cooled; and a deeply-buried pipe communicates with the water bag, the deeply-buried pipe is deeply buried underground, the underground temperature can also be conveyed upwards by the deeply-buried pipe, so that the function of reducing the water temperature can be achieved, and the function of adjusting the indoor temperature is achieved.
