Double-layer operation platform for high-altitude lifting device and collaborative operation method
The invention discloses a double-layer operation platform for a high-altitude lifting device and a collaborative operation method. The double-layer operation platform comprises an upper-layer platform and a lower-layer platform, wherein the upper-layer platform comprises a first bottom plate and a first handrail, the first bottom plate is provided with a manhole, a manhole cover and a telescopic ladder, the lower part of the first bottom plate is fixedly connected with a hanging ring, the lower layer platform comprises a second bottom plate, a second handrail and a third handrail, the upper layer platform is provided with a worm and gear speed reducing motor, the worm and gear speed reducing motor is connected with the lower layer platform through steel cables, and the steel cables comprise at least three branch steel cables which are evenly distributed on the lower layer platform and connected with the lower layer platform. According to the double-layer operation platform, a worker on the upper-layer platform descends to the lower-layer platform, and the descending length of the steel cables is adjusted through the the worm and gear speed reducing motor, so that the descending height of the lower-layer platform is adjusted, and cooperative operation is realized; and meanwhile, due to the existence of the double platforms, namely the upper-layer platform and the lower-layer platform, more workers can be accommodated, and the working efficiency is obviously improved.
