Side column formwork reinforcing method
The invention discloses a side column formwork reinforcing method. The reinforcing method comprises the following steps: 1) mounting a lower-layer side column formwork; 2) positioning and drilling a hole on a formwork at the top of the outer side of a side column, wherein the position of the hole is lower than the elevation of an upper floor; (3) embedding an embedded screw rod into the inner side of the formwork, wherein the end part of the embedded screw rod extends out of the hole; (4) reinforcing the lower-layer side column formwork, pouring concrete, and removing the formwork upon reaching the formwork removal time; (5) mounting an upper-layer side column formwork, wherein the lower end of a formwork on the outer side of the side column extends downwards and is penetrated by the embedded screw rod; (6) reinforcing the upper-layer side column formwork, pouring concrete, and removing the formwork upon reaching the formwork removal time; and (7) mounting a wall connecting piece of an external scaffold by using the embedded screw rod as a connecting point. According to the method, the screw rod is pre-embedded in the side column and is used as a pulling joint of a side column foot reinforcing system and the scaffold wall connecting piece, so that slurry leakage, foot breakage and mold expansion of a column foot can be reduced, the wall connecting piece is convenient to disassemble and assemble, and the influence on masonry is reduced.
本发明公开了一种边柱模板加固方法。该加固方法包括以下步骤:1)下层边柱模板安装;2)边柱外侧顶部的模板上定位钻孔,孔位置低于上层楼面标高;3)在模板内侧埋入预埋螺杆,预埋螺杆的端部由孔伸出;4)对下层边柱模板加固,浇筑混凝土,达到拆模时间后拆模;5)上层边柱模板安装,边柱外侧的模板下端向下层延伸并由预埋螺杆穿过;6)对上层边柱模板加固,浇筑混凝土,达到拆模时间后拆模;7)利用预埋螺杆为连接点安装外脚手架的连墙件。本发明通过在边柱预埋螺杆并将该螺杆用作边柱柱脚加固体系和脚手架连墙件的拉结点,既可以减少柱脚漏浆、烂脚、涨模,又便于连墙件的拆装,减少对砌筑的影响。
